Hi - I am moving forward with a potential partner parent and would be very interested to hear what the legal context in Illinois is for partner parenting arrangements. Does anyone have any good resources for this? Also, I would be interested in any recommendations for lawyers around Chicago with some experience in this area. We are looking for a good lawyer to take our partner parenting agreement to! Thanks,
